Mapei Keraquick Flexible Rapid Set Adhesive - WHITE
Mapei Keraquick is an ultrarapid-setting flexible (S1) cement based powder adhesive for ceramic tiles (thicknesses of adhesive up to 7 mm). A high performance, fast setting cementitious adhesive, with no vertical slip, for ceramic tiles and stone.
Where to Use
- ceramic and mosaic tiles and natural stone that are not senstitive to moisture
- insulating materials such as expanded polystyrene and polyurethane,
gypsum board, glass and rock woo, Eraclit, foamed-concrete blocks, sound
deadening panels etc.
- Rennovation in heavy trafficked areas and when surfaces need to be in service rapidly, such as public premises, motroway bars, pedestrian passages, supermarkets, showrooms.
- rapid installation or renovation in swimming pools, industrial plants (breweries, wine-cellars, dairies etc.), refigeration units.
- rapid repair work in bathrooms, showers, kitchens, terraces.
- installin non-absorbent flooring over existing flooring, where the setting time of other cement-based adhesives would be too slow.
- installing marble and other stone material, even light coloured stone (for the latter, use Mapei Keraquick white).

Grouting and Sealing
Joints can be grouted after 3 hours with the MAPEI cementitious or epoxy grouts, available in different colours. Expansion joints mustg be sealed with special MAPEI sealants
Ready for Use
Surfaces are ready for use after approximately 24 hours. Basins and swiming pols can be filled after 3 days.
Coverage
with Nivorapid: 0.6 kg/m2 per mm of thickness;
with Keraquick: varies according to the amount of Keraquick and the mixing ratio.
