BAL Supercover Rapidset tile adhesive

BAL Supercover Rapidset is a cement-based, polymer modified tiIe adhesive suitable for fixing all types of wall and floor tiles including ceramic, porcelain, fully vitrified, mosaic, quarries, marble, terrazzo and natural stone tiles in interior and exterior situations. May also be used for the installation of rigid foam insulating materials, for external walls.
 
The suitability for using this product with the large format tiles depends on the size and weight of tile used and the type of background. A guideline to suitable tile sizes is 40×40cm for walls and 30×30cm for floors, for use with larger tiles telephone the BAL PROFESSIONAL ENQUIRY LINE for advice. When tiling onto plaster the weight must not exceed 20kgs per m².

BAL SUPERCOVER RAPIDSET tile adhesive is grey, non-slip and water and frost-resistant and includes Porcelbond Plus.

To improve the performance of this product, BAL ADMIX AD1 can be used in conjunction with the adhesive where certain conditions such as improved adhesion and increased flexibility are required.

Classification

BAL SUPERCOVER RAPIDSET tile adhesive conforms to BS EN 12004 for a C1FT adhesive.
