BAL Supercover Rapid Flex - fast setting tile adhesive
BAL Supercover Rapid Flex is an innovative new tile adhesive that is
both flexible and `high yield` making it an ideal flexible adhesive that
provides `greater coverage` than standard adhesives as well as BAL`s 25
year guarantee.
It is cement-based, highly polymer modified, high strength, high yield,
flexible tile adhesive suitable for fixing ceramics, porcelain and fully
vitrified tiles, mosaics natural stone including marble (excluding
translucent), terrazzo, rigid foam insulating materials and brick slips.
Interior and exterior situations. Suitable for walls and floors.
BAL SUERCOVER RAPID FLEX is non-slip, rapid-setting, water and frost-resistant andis available in grey. It is suitable for fixing fully vitrified tiles and for fixing tiles to low porosity bases.
The high yield coverage benefits (less cementitious adhesive used per m² of tiling) combined with the use of over 10% of powder using recycled rubber filler allow the product to aid eco-friendly builds.
Classification
BAL SUPERCOVER RAPID FLEX exceeds the requirements of EN12004 C1FT S1 adhesive.

Substrates include:
- Asphalt ( suitable grade e.g flooring)
- Concrete, cement: sand screeds and rendering
- Existing vinyl tiles, unglazed ceramic tiles, quarry tiles, terrazzo and natural stone
- Fibre reinforced cement boards and lightweight tile backer boards
- Overlaid timber floors (min 15 mm)
- Plaster (finish coat only)
- Underfloor heating
